Please note, that Prezent Shop is a retailer of us, you can only pick up the backpack you ordered before. In case of any changes, please, contact us.

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping.

The product price includes the VAT but does not include the shipping cost.

The shipping cost will be added after you choose the product and the country you wish to get the bag to. The costs of shipping can vary by the product and the destination.

The products are delivered in 3-5 working days in EU. Domestic and overseas shipping in 1-2 days.

As soon as the bag is shipped, we, Foxpost, GLS or the Fedex will send you confirmation email to the given e-mail address with the tracking number, where you can follow the package.

Please note that if we dont have the ordered bag in stock we need maximum 15 days to fulfill your order, before shipping.

If you need an urgent delivery, please, drop us an email before you order to make sure we have the model you need in stock.
